History in the making. A Memorandum of Understanding between the New York
State Association of Chiefs of Police and the State University of New York
pledging to go forward with the implementation of a command level executive
education program for police executives is signed at the 100th anniversary
conference of the Chiefs Association in Saratoga Springs, New York on August
2. Seated are Joseph S. Dominelli, Executive Director and John Grebert,
President of the association. Standing are Professor Tom Constantine and
Troy Police Commissioner Mark Whitman who worked with Professor Constantine
on the development of this initiative.
